The Windows 7 End of Life date is January 14, 2020 – (even sooner for those who don’t download a recent security update). This means Microsoft will no longer update or support the operating system after that date.

The Windows 10 May 2019 Update continues to be plagued by problems, with the latest cumulative update (KB4517389)
This month we are looking at Windows updates for Windows 10. In the older days of Windows 7, Vista and XP, you had the option as to download and install automatically Windows updates.
Windows 10’s latest update is the May 2019 Update, which is version 1903 and was codenamed 19H1 during development. It features a light theme, speed improvements, and lots of refinements and it’s out now.
Microsoft previously called this Windows 10’s April 2019 Update, but it was delayed. The stable update began rolling out to everyone on May 21, 2019.
So how do I find the version you’re currently running you may ask yourself? To check what version your on Select the Start button > Settings > System > About .
Under Device specifications > System type, see if you're running a 32-bit / 64-bit version Windows.
Under Windows specifications, check which edition and version of Windows your device is running.
