2017 has been a great year for Holme Start Computers, we have had a record number of new customers from both home and businesses our local Holmfirth and Huddersfield areas,
as well as an substantial increase in the number of repeat calls and referrals. We are now into our 5th year of trading and have grown every year upon the previous years thanks to all our loyal customers, both old and new. We are new enough to come up with fresh ideas as to how to improve our services, always looking for ways to add value and make the whole experience more enjoyable for the customer and ourselves alike
By working with customers we can identify solutions for problems such as poor performance by determining if skilled tuning of existing computer setup and configuration is the answer, or is it with an upgraded system such as an SSD disk or even a different type of device such as a tablet - think different - and look at a range of options, not just expensive upgrades.
With 30 years IT experience working in third line IT Support teams for top tier organisations covering Windows Server, Email and customised software solutions, we use this experience to good effect to support users requirements from Office 365 to Google Drive to IMAP email, as well as fulfilling an increasing need to synchronise your mobile, tablet and computer ensuring your Microsoft, Google and Apple accounts all work seamlessly together.
We purposely don't sell computers (as we prefer all your money goes towards the new kit without paying us a big chunk of profit), instead we offer a free unbiased "Shopper" service for customers, so you can get the best computer advice as to what to buy, where to buy from and the best equipment within your budget. Once you've bought your new computer, we can then set it up for you and transfer across your data and programs.
